Trustees
We are looking for new Trustees to join us
Do you have passion, skills and expertise that could help Sherwood Preschool to continue to develop? The voluntary role of Trustee can be both rewarding and fulfilling. Our current Trustees invite interested applicants to apply, and candidates would be able to sit in on a meeting before committing to the role.
Trustees play an active role in setting and maintaining the vision, mission and values of the organisation. They set the strategic direction for the charity and offer leadership, define goals, set targets and evaluate performance. Trustees are also responsible for the good governance of the charity. They meet a couple of times a time on Zoom or in person at the setting.
We would be particularly interested in candidates with experience of HR and governance/policy work, though the board is ready and willing to support trustees with less experience in these areas.
